Nielsen guidance is suggesting we do not use either March or April as a basis for sales once things return to “normal” – whatever that ends up being.
But we still have data and they tell us a lot about how listeners are doing.
The question is – what do we look at?
Is it PUMMS? In-tab? How our format groups are performing? Where listening is being concentrated?
Never has it been more important to know what to look at and understand all elements of the survey.
